How to make Burger-dogs!
2 lbs. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
Divide the meat into six equal balls and shape into a log about six inches long and about the size of a hotdog. Drizzle some oil in a large pan and add the burgerdogs. Season with salt and peper. Fry the burgerdogs over medium heat about 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Cook until no longer pink in the middle. Remove from heat.
To serve: Place a burgerdog into a hotdog bun. Top with any your favorite hotdog toppings-shredded cheese, onions, mustard, chili, relish, mustard, etc. (you get the idea). Serve with potato chips and a cold drink. YUM! Enjoy!
