Vegan Peanut Butter French Toast

Vegan Peanut Butter French Toast

3/4 cup plant-based milk
3 tbsp. Powdered Peanut Butter
1 tbsp. Agave Nectar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 slices of bread

In a small bowl combine all ingredients except the bread.  Whisk until well combined.  Add bread slices and coat them evenly with the mixture.  In a hot griddle or fry pan cook the french toast until it is golden brown on both sides.  Serve with dark agave nectar, berries, or any other toppings of your choice.
